libpwiz3 software package provides library to perform proteomics data analyses (runtime), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpwiz3
libpwiz3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpwiz3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpwiz3 *
You will get with libpwiz3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
